Is Seewe Chinese free?
Yes. No ads and no account. Seewe Pro is optional and adds more paper colours, more doodles, the Trending tab, and unlimited photo scans.

What happens if I cancel Seewe Pro?
Nothing you made goes away. Your decks and progress stay put. The Pro extras lock until you subscribe again. To cancel, go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app doesn't cancel it.

Are the doodles AI-generated?
No. Every doodle, sticker and icon is drawn by real artists.

Do I need an account?
No.

Where is my data? Can I lose it?
Your decks and progress live only on your phone. If you delete the app or lose your phone, they're gone, so back up your phone (like with iCloud). See our Privacy Policy.

How do I add the lock screen widget?
Touch and hold your lock screen, tap Customize, tap the area below the clock, and add Seewe Chinese.

The widget isn't updating.
Open the app once and make sure a deck is chosen. Updates can take a few minutes. Still stuck? Remove the widget and add it again.

How do I make cards from a photo?
Use photo scan in the app. It's not perfect, so check the results before you save.

How do I delete my data?
Delete the app and everything on your phone is gone. If you sent feedback and want your email and message deleted, just ask.
